Usually, it will take 35days for your order to be finished after the order confirmation. But it’s flexible here at Hemco because we have popular items running every month for other customers. Inventory of regular steel and even stock items might be available for you! Check with us when you have a emergency needs!

With the support of Hemco and Hebei Engineer team, we offer you drawing confirmation before production. You can provide us with sample or draft design, or even an application idea, my engineer will make it happen!
Hemco runs inspection not only after production, we have QA staff doing random checking for each process during the shift to make sure your products meet our drawing!

To benefit both sides of the cooperation, Hemco would like 30% deposit upon confirmation of order. Your deposit will contribute to raw materials purchase, Hemco will use its own capital with you. And the balance payment should be paid before loading. Provided with proofs of cargo finish and inspection.
Don’t panic, this is only for the start. We can offer you more favorable terms for repeat orders!

We do request tooling cost when there’s a special design, because Hemco have to bring in the new tooling. However, with your tooling cost paid, it’s exclusive to your production and can be refunded after repeat orders.
Hemco pursue mutual benefits, we can conclude transparent pricing scheme by fluctuation of steel, exchange rate, freight cost. And we can also quote and you’re your cost by month or quarter basis.
